Grönhögen Cottage Village is nestled in the idyllic southern Öland countryside, yet uniquely positioned right in the center of the village of Grönhögen, offering the perfect blend of tranquil nature and convenient amenities. Within easy walking distance you’ll find a well-stocked ICA grocery store, a pizza restaurant, an ice cream kiosk and the cozy small-boat harbour—ideal for evening strolls by the water. Just a short walk further will bring you to both the famous Kalkbrottet swimming quarry and the open sea shore.

Our welcoming cottages suit couples, families and small groups alike, each thoughtfully equipped with a compact kitchen, private shower and toilet, and a covered furnished terrace—creating a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere whatever the weather. All cottages have access to a TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine located in the service building, and there is also a shared barbecue area for those who want to cook outdoors. Families can borrow a travel cot for babies, an extra junior bed and child’s high chair, and select cottages are pet friendly. Please remember to bring your own bed linens and towels.
