Experience a nature-focused sheep safari in the heart of Öland, where pastures and Mittlandsskogen offer a captivating encounter with both animals and nature. The adventure begins at Mittlandsgården, where the group gathers before heading to a nearby grazing area.
During an easy 1 km walk, participants will discover the rich flora and fauna of Öland, including the special traits of the trees and the diverse wildlife in the ponds. There’s also a chance to meet Sweden’s largest beetle and to feed the sheep by hand.
The guided tour blends modern insights with stories from Öland’s rich history, making the experience both educational and memorable.

The tour is given in both Swedish and English and is suitable for both children and adults. We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor shoes and dressing according to the weather.
This activity is not suitable for strollers or walkers due to uneven terrain. The activity lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
